Enhancement on-hold positions COMmander 6000
With this enhancement you can increase the number of on-hold positions (call parking) from the standard 10 to a total of 30.On-hold positions are used to hold incoming calls that cannot be immediately put through to the recipient.After parking, the switchboard/reception is free again and can take further calls.As soon as the target person can be reached, he or she can independently answer the parked call by retrieving the on-hold position.

A module of this type can be extended to 16 channels by activation. With four COMmander 8/16VoIP(-R) modules (incl. extension) , the 64 maximum possible channels can be reached.
