With this comfort package you can activate the functions call flow display, call type-dependent ringing tones and intercom call for the telephones of the COMfortel D series.
In addition, different ringing tones can be assigned to the different call types.
The call flow display is used to identify the call number dialled by the customer and to greet the customer accordingly.
Especially central offices and hotlines that work for several companies benefitfrom these options.
With the intercom call, it is possible to output messages to other extensions via their loudspeakers.
If an individual extension is called, the hands-free function is activated automatically.
For messages to a group, an announcement is made without a return channel.
This function is often used in medical practices with waiting rooms.
