Shipping costs
Important information:
Please make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for additional costs resulting from an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Delivery of vouchers
Once payment has been received, we will send the voucher directly to the email address you have provided. If your order consists only of vouchers, no shipping costs apply.
Delivery within Germany
For orders of €150 or more, shipping within Germany (mainland) is free of charge. All deliveries are made exclusively by UPS.

Islands and remote areas
A remote area surcharge applies to deliveries to sparsely populated or hard-to-reach areas, such as German islands. The surcharge is €6.00 net / €7.14 incl. VAT for parcels up to 5 kg and €5.00 net / €5.95 incl. VAT for parcels up to 15 kg. The remote area surcharge also applies to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping (€150 or more).

Maximum parcel weight
We can ship parcels up to a maximum of 15 kg.
