Our systems offer the possibility to flexibly configure existing VoIP channels as internal, external or dynamic channels. With the licence for extending the official channels, you have the possibility to use up to 20 VoIP channels for the COMpact 5200(R) systems as external channels directed to the provider. This licence can be purchased now here:

Please note the following before purchasing!
The total of all the trunk channels of these systems is limited to 20 trunk channels regardless of the technology (POTS, ISDN, VoIP). The number of 20 VoIP trunk channels is only available if no POTS and ISDN trunk channels are configured.
To configure up to 20 channels as external channels, a sufficient number of VoIP channels must be provided. The additional required number of VoIP channels can be obtained here, if an extension of the VoIP channels should be necessary:
For the COMpact 5200(R): Article no. 94575 - Expansion by 4 VoIP channels
To use this activation, at least firmware version 7.8A is required.
* Prerequisite for the extension to the desired number of VoIP trunking channels is a sufficient number of already existing VoIP channels.
