With the G504 VoIP analogue adapter from Flyingvoice, four analogue devices (telephone, fax, door station, etc.) can be operated on one VoIP connection. The adapter can be fed directly with the SIP access data from the telephone provider or the login data of an extension from a VoIP-capable telephone system, such as COMtrexx. All four analogue ports can be set up independently of each other. The G504 is suitable for operation on Auerswald systems and is provisioned with a basic configuration for Auerswald COMtrexx systems during commissioning.

What can I do if my settings are changed or deleted?
If the previously entered SIP access data or other settings are no longer available after restarting the ATA, follow the steps below:
- Download the original firmware:
https://www.flyingvoice.com/download/g504.html - Log in to the Web UI of the ATA.
- Perform an upgrade with the downloaded file under “Administration/Firmware upgrade”.
- Reset the ATA to factory settings and restart it.
After the restart, a configuration file is provisioned, and a customized firmware is installed.
This process can take up to 15 minutes.
The data you have saved will no longer be deleted after a restart.
