With the setup service, we support our resellers with our support team during configurations of the COMpact series, COMtrexx solutions, and COMuniq ONE for a duration of one hour*. The voucher can be purchased from our Reseller Partners and the distribution.

After purchasing the voucher, please fill out the form online. You will then be contacted by our support team, who will discuss the configuration with you and arrange an appointment. You can then book the Setup Service on our order page. For more information click here.
*Note: If our support team determines that more time is needed for the configuration, the Setup Service will be extended in quarter-hourly intervals. This will cause additional costs.
