Our systems offer the possibility to flexibly configure existing VoIP channels as internal, external or dynamic channels. With the licence for extending the official channels, you have the possibility to use up to 32 VoIP channels for the COMpact 5500R system as external channels directed to the provider. This licence can be purchased now here:

Please note the following before purchasing!

The total of all the trunk channels of this system is limited to 32 trunk channels regardless of the technology (POTS, ISDN, VoIP). The number of 32 VoIP trunk channels is only available if no POTS and ISDN trunk channels are configured.

To configure up to 32 channels as external channels, a sufficient number of VoIP channels must be provided. The additional required number of VoIP channels can be obtained here, if an extension of the VoIP channels should be necessary:

To use this activation, at least firmware version 7.8A is required.

* Prerequisite for the extension to the desired number of VoIP trunking channels is a sufficient number of already existing VoIP channels.
