COMfortel SoftPhone is a voice and instant messaging application which enables seamless transition of your business communication between office and home office. The soft client supports Windows, iOS and Android. Thus, users can be reached under a landline number or extension on the Windows PC and their smartphone as well as on their desk phone. This ensures maximum flexibility when choosing a workplace! In addition, an innovative Auerswald cloud service guarantees the secure and location-independent connection to the COMpact ICT system, which makes the complex and maintenance-intensive connection via VPN superfluous. Notes:
- The purchase of the COMfortel SoftPhone user licence is mandatory for the use of the apps.
- The number of COMfortel SoftPhone user licences must not exceed the maximum number of available VoIP channels of 50 for the COMpact 5200.
- IPv6 is not yet fully supported. However, the product can be used in conjunction with a so-called DualStack or DS-Lite Internet access.
