The password to log in to your ICT system has been forgotten or is not available. By redeeming the voucher in the technical support, a daily access is generated with which you can log in and then define a new password. The prerequisite for this is that you are the owner of the system or that you act on behalf of the owner.

*Note: For legacy systems like COMpact 50x0 VoIP or COMmander Basic.2/ Business from firmware version 4.2A onwards, there is the possibility to reset the password. With the COMpact 3000 series, this is possible from version 4.0K onwards.
If you are currently using an older firmware version, the password can only be reset by resetting to the delivery condition. The procedure for resetting to the delivery condition can be found in the respective manual.
