The password for logging into your ITC system has been forgotten or is not available. By redeeming the voucher code, you open a ticket in technical support and have the option of specifying a desired date on which the password reset will be carried out. To reset the password, AnyDesk access is required via which the ITC system can be reached. The prerequisite for this is that you are the owner of the system or are acting on behalf of the owner.

*Note: For legacy systems like COMpact 50x0 VoIP or COMmander Basic.2/ Business from firmware version 4.2A onwards, there is the possibility to reset the password. With the COMpact 3000 series, this is possible from version 4.0K onwards. If you are currently using an older firmware version, the password can only be reset by resetting to the delivery condition. The procedure for resetting to the delivery condition can be found in the respective manual.
