Upgrades PBX Call Assist 5 COMpact 5200

Please note: The upgrade is only available until 31/05/2024!

Upgrade to version 5 of the UCC solution PBX Call Assist for COMpact 5200(R), suitable for up to 40 clients, with presence management, instant messaging, screen sharing, video chat and SIP phone, for Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS, the required LAN TAPI licences for the ICT system will be activated along with the purchase of PBX Call Assist 5 licences. Software maintenance is included until December 31, 2024. For continued use of the MS Teams app and mobile apps from January 1, 2025, the extension of the software maintenance contract is a prerequisite.

Please note: For the installation of PBX Call Assist 5 the firmware from V8.4F-000 is required, to download the firmware please click here.

Teams App only supported on Windows 10 and 11.

Hint:
- This upgrade is only valid for PBX Call Assist 2, 3 and 4.
- To obtain the license key for the UC server, please exchange the voucher directly in the Voucher Center.
- Delete the licence key of your old PBX Call Assist version after upgrading the software, then restart UC server.
